There is also a special clothing that some people use to reduce the appearance of cellulite. This special clothing is supposed to compress your arteries and increase blood and lymph flow to reduce the appearance of those dimpled skin.

Proper exercise is said to be effective in lessening the appearance of those unwanted, lumpy, cottage cheese skin on your lower body. Start doing some stretching and toning exercises. The results may not be super fast, but you’ll get healthier and your lumpy skin will look better.
Proper and balanced diet also plays a big role in getting rid of those dimpled skin. Add more fiber to your diet and refrain from eating fatty foods. More vegetables and fruits are better. The lesser fat in your body, the lesser is the appearance of orange-like skin on your body.
Lifestyle change can also help reduce lumpy, dimpled skin. This condition is associated with sitting as well as standing in one position for a very long time. Move more and avoid cigarette smoking as well as too much salt. Drink more water, it helps.
This body condition does not only affect obese and fat people, even thin and slim bodies are affected. Proper exercise and healthy diet is still the best way to combat cellulite.
