3 Day Diet

There’s a very popular fad diet that people have been using and it’s called the 3 Day Diet. It originated way back in 1985 and was mistakenly called as the Cleveland Clinic Diet. The plan here is to get you to lose weight for about 10 pounds within 3 days. If you religiously follow this diet for three days then you will certainly succeed. Don’t worry because this is a diet that won’t starve you to death. You get to eat meals that contain ordinary foods that are normally found in the kitchen. You don’t have to shell out some cash for some expensive ingredients.

This diet plan allows you to consume foods that are low in calories. Be reminded that this diet shouldn’t be used for more than 3 diets. Usually, models who have an upcoming shoot or actresses who are attending some major event do the 3 Day Diet.

The 3 Day Diet focuses on a specific diet plan that you precisely. There’s no room for considerations because this is only a 3 day diet. Be careful not to overeat because you won’t be able to achieve the 10 pound weight loss.

Exercise is not mentioned on the diet plan but you could still do some exercises. Exercises will help in burning calories off your body and at the same time boost your metabolism. You can jog for about 30 minutes in the park or perhaps sign yourself up in the gym. Always remember that you must exercise at least three times a day. You can do 30 minutes of cardio and an hour of toning your muscles. Get some dumb bells and an exercise ball to help you tone your body.

For your food, it is strongly recommended to avoid fatty foods. You might have to pass on the fried foods. Don’t worry because it will only be 3 days. You are allowed to have some condiments but it only limits you to mustard, a dash of salt and pepper, lemon and some herbs. You will also have to substitute your broccoli to cauliflower. Also, you have to sacrifice your ice cream for a cup of frozen yogurt. You may feel that it is torture but don’t worry because the 3 Day Diet is short-lived.

A sample of your meal would include a slice of toast with a tablespoon of peanut butter, black tea and half of the grapefruit. Your lunch may comprise of a half a cup of tuna, a slice of toast and a few glasses of water.
