Here's how to lose weight in 7 days without the usual MUMBO JUMBO common-sense weight loss “advice" you're getting tired of hearing. You want something new. . . well, here is something NEW. Read this now for a new and more fun way to drop weight fast.

1. Spin around like a child

NO, this doesn't burn off a ton of calories. But for some strange reason, the motion of spinning around in a circle affects your hormones. To put it in simple terms, spinning primes your Endocrine System to cause a hormone-induced weight loss.

Spin around for 15 seconds at a time. . .  6-8 different times each day. That's 2 minutes a day. You can find 15 seconds here and there. . . I know you're not that busy!

2. Use cold water however possible

Drink it, walk in it in your shower, take a cold shower, or just rinse your body off with cold water. WHATEVER. Cold water is great for weight loss because it TRIGGERS your body into burning fat for heat. In a sense, you tricked your body into thinking you're going to freeze to death. . . so it reacts by burning fat for heat.

Learn to love cold water.

3. Take fish oil pills

Fish oil pills are better for long term weight loss, but they also work over the short term. The omega 3 healthy fats are craved by your body. Your body needs these fats because it's bombarded with omega 6 and omega 9 “unhealthy" fat usually. It needs balance to bring the body back into harmony.

The fish oil pills do that and in essence, they help you lose weight because of that.
