Believe me when you are fat, It is not just your clothes that don't fit you. Entire world seems to be too small for you. I am telling you all this from life long experience that losing weight is vital for you. Make up your mind. There is no second chance for you.
You keep on telling your heart that one day you will lose weight and will be a thin slim person. But my friend let me be honest with you that day is going to come with your efforts. Words are not going to fulfill your fat loss desire. You will have to do some actions to accomplish your goal.
Eat Healthy Well Balanced Meals
Avoid fast food addiction. Eating healthy foods is going to cut down the amount of harmful calories from your daily meals. Result will be good calories that your body desperately needs.
Don't Starve your Body
Never starve your body, Eat small but frequent meals. It will satisfy your hunger. Eating small meals means you will speed up your metabolism. You will lose weight quickly in this way. You will not cut down your body fat by making your body hungry all the time. You will in fact gain pounds as your body goes under starvation mode and holds to fat. Instead of burning fat it stores it and your dream of becoming thin never becomes a reality.
Include Fiber in your diet.
Fiber shows amazing results in weight loss. Eating fiber enriched meals you feel full. You are not looking for food. Fiber is good for digestive system. It makes your bowls to perform properly. Constipation is the reason of fatness. Your bodily wastes are not expelled properly and it makes your whole body sick.
