Belly fat is stubborn! It's like an uninvited guest that refuses to leave. Forget all about the art of gentle persuasion if you want to get rid of those love handles; no amount of coaxing is going to help you. The only way to rid yourself of the extra flab around your abs is to burn stomach fat.
First Things First. . .
There is no way you are going to burn stomach fat if you are shoving pizza, beer and nacho cheese down your throat. When you want to burn stomach fat, you need to switch gears and focus on healthy meals and healthy snacks.
Deciding in the store that you would prefer a chicken salad sans dressing to fried chicken is a good start. Sure, chicken is high in protein and perfect for helping you burn stomach fat but chicken dripping with fat is going to lead you down the road to heart attacks faster than a speeding car. While choose foods that are high in protein, vitamins and nutrients make sure they are not complemented by fattening garnishing and accompaniments.
And Second. . .
Doing essential core exercise and cardiovascular workouts is an excellent way to burn stomach fat and keep it off. If you would rather work out at home than drag yourself to the gym, all you have to do is purchase an exercise ball of the appropriate weight bearing size and do your very own workout at home.
You can burn stomach fat without burning through your budget or your brain cells. While it doesn't take a genius to burn stomach fat, it does take someone with determination and a true desire to lose that uninvited and unloved excess fat.
