With healthy diet and by following a strict weight loss program you are bound to loose 3 pounds every week. Loosing weight by exercising makes body more effective, fitter and increases your metabolism along with the health of your heart, lungs and muscles.

By doing the free weight loss exercise program you are not only loosing weight but also ensuring that the lost weight does not return. To ensure that you are not going to regain the weight lost, you must continue to exercise and eat healthy food.
