1. Volumetrics. . . basically what this is, you eat foods that have a lot of weight and volume, but are low in calories.
This works great for weight loss because you won't starve or feel too deprived. . .in fact, you're going to feel really full a lot of the time. But because the food choices you are making, you'll end up eating a LOT LESS calories.
Now, obviously most of the “high volume" foods will consist of vegetables and fruits. Things such as broccoli, cauliflower, sweet potatoes, apples, etc.
The idea is simple. Eat your normal foods, but add these foods into your diet. These foods will have a "CROWDING OUT" affect on your other foods. So you'll eat less of them.
