Lose 10 Pounds in a Week Without Any Exercise!

Is it really possible to lose 10 pounds in a week without doing any exercise? Yes! Not only is it possible but it's pretty simple too. All you need to do is change conditions to force your body to burn fat. How do you do that? You change your eating habits. Now, before we go on with that, I'd like to say that while you can lose 10 pounds in a week without exercise, working out would be beneficial and is probably something you should anyway just to stay fit and healthy. But if doing exercise is against your nature, you can still lose pounds with diet.

Here is how it works: your body transforms excess energy into fat and stores it for the future ( a function of a human body developed back in the day when food wasn't readily available) to force your body to burn fat all you have to do is consume less calories than you spend. Your body will see that there is a deficit and will burn fat to cover it. It's a bit more complicated than that. For example, what if you don't eat anything at all, or only eat 1 meal a day, wouldn't that make your weight loss even faster?

After all, if you don't eat anything at all, then doesn't that mean your body needs to burn fat to cover all the calories spent thus resulting in a faster weight loss? No, you see, if you don't eat it throws a red flag for your body that there is no food and that it needs to conserve whatever energy it has stored as fat. This results in you losing weight much slower, if at all.

You should eat small meals 5-6 times a day, this will keep your metabolism high, and the calorie deficit will force your body to burn fat. And since you are eating often, your body will have no cause to conserve energy and slow down the speed at which you burn fat. What you eat is of course important as well.
