Here's a quick weight loss diet you can follow that will force your body to “flush out" excessive body fat and wastes. This diet fat loss plan is very simple and will still allow you to eat like a normal person.

1. Make a big batch of lentils (1 pound bag) 1-2 times a week
Now, simply have AT LEAST 3 ounces of lentils each day. Lentils will take about 30 minutes to cook, but you only have to do it twice. Lentils are the perfect food you can add as a side dish to foods you already eat.

Pound for pound, ounce for ounce, I don't think there's any other food that packs that much nutrition into something so cheap! The fiber is key. There's so much fiber in there that fats get pushed out of your body from the bulk that sweeps your body clean.
2. Here's a test for you on how bad you want to lose weight. . . eat apples
Probably the #1 snack you can have due to the fiber and water content. If you want long term weight loss success, eat 3 a day and you'll lose a few pounds every month. . . LIKE CLOCKWORK.
3. Eat a 1 pound bag of frozen broccoli/cauliflower everyday
Cost, $1.25. Was $1, but just like other food prices, it went up. GEEZ! Anyway, this is great for filling you up, but with very few calories. They don't taste that bad either. If necessary, pour 1 tablespoon of barbeque sauce on it to give it more flavor. Whatever, just eat 1 pound a day.
Broccoli and cauliflower will also flush out your body. Eat it however you want, just be sure that 1 pound disappears inside of you by the end of the day.
Ok, I want you to notice something here. I didn't really give you a meal plan. All I did was give you a snack and 2 foods that are side dishes. Why? Well, because these foods will start to crowd out your “meal foods".
So by all means, continue to eat the foods you normally do, but start to phase them out a bit. If you do as the above mentions, you can't help but to phase your normal foods out because you'll be so full from the foods listed above.
