Okay, I lied, I admit it. It's not easy, but it sure is simple, so the title "A Simple Exercise to Lose Weight Fast And Easy" is halfway accurate, at least.
The exercise I am about to share with you is without a doubt one of the most powerful fat burners ever, no kidding. But as I said, it will not be easy as all the fitness “gurus" are trying to brainwash you into believing.
This is simple, and it gets results, and the beauty of this type of exercise is that it continues to burn fat even after you've stopped exercising, so you can in fact sit in your couch watching TV and be burning fat at the same time, doing nothing, cool eh? It lasts for hours. . .
So here goes.
The exercise is called Hill Sprints. As you might be able to tell from the name, it does include hills, and it includes sprinting, just don't whine about it.
So have you figured out what to do yet?
You find the biggest, baddest hill in your area. The steeper and longer the better, as it will be more effective.
Then you run up!
Simple. Just don't do a half baked jog kind of thing. . . it's supposed to be a SPRINT!
Run up as HARD and FAST as you are physically capable of.
In the beginning, just running up once may be enough, depending on your current fitness level.
After you've run up that darned hill a couple times (try six!), you're finished. I promise. Then you come back the next day and do it all over again, increasing the amount of times you run up as your fitness level improves.
