You can do all the right things, but simply taking a cholesterol pill, a birth control pill, and many other pills will grind your weight loss to a halt. In fact, if you're taking those types of pills. . . you're probably gaining weight.
I'm not a doctor so I won't tell you what to take, but if you can, avoid any unnecessary pills. Oh, and by the way. . . high cholesterol isn't necessarily a bad thing. It doesn't increase your odds on having a heart attack.
Ok, back to the subject at hand. Pills are generally BAD!
2. Hormones are messed up
Ok, this flows from number one above. Most people in the Western World have messed up hormones. This is because a variety of reasons. . . chemical pollution being the main reason. You get all these toxic chemicals and metals in our air, food, water, etc.
These chemicals damage our hormones BIG TIME. Obviously you can't live in a bubble, but you can drink filtered water. You can also buy foods that aren't processed so darn much. Eat foods in as close to their natural state as possible.
One tip also. . . start to spin around clockwise. . . like what kids do. This has the strange affect of bringing balance to your hormones. SERIOUSLY, spin around. I'm not joking. Get slightly dizzy each time you do it.
