Here's how to lose 10 pounds in 3 days. It's not easy, but it's definitely possible. I'll show you how to lose lots of weight fast with 3 secret tactics. Works for both men and women. . . but it's designed specifically for busy women.

How to Lose 10 Pounds in 3 Days

1. You'll need to get rid of your excess water weight

If you want to lose 10 pounds fast, then part of that weight will have to be water weight. To lose water weight you'll actually need to drink A LOT of water.

It's ironic, but here's the reasoning. . .

Your body carries extra water in case of emergencies. Basically, it's for your own good and survival. The problem is, society today is way different than it was 10,000 years ago. Back then we needed the extra water weight since water wasn't readily available.

Today however, the extra water weight your body carries is unneeded.

Anyway, to get rid of that water weight, you need to “TRICK" your body into thinking that water is readily available and easy to get whenever you want. You do this by drinking a lot of water. This tricks your body into RELEASING the extra water weight it was carrying.

You can lose 5-7 pounds in 2 days. . . all water weight just by drinking about a gallon of water each of those days.

2. Eat 2 cans of black beans a day

Besides water weight, you need to get rid of extra wastes products stuck in your digestive tract. To do this, you need a lot of fiber. Black beans is perfect.

They're 50 cents a can. . . so $1 for each day. Each can has 25 grams of fiber. So you'll be getting 50 grams of fiber. That's about 6 times more than the average American. . . who gets very little fiber.

The fiber does 2 things. First, it sweeps clean your digestive tract of all the accumulated garbage that's gotten stuck in there. If you're bloated, get gas a lot, feel sluggish, and get constipated a lot. . . then you'll have a lot of this waste matter inside of you.

The average American has 5-8 pounds of waste and fecal matter clogging up their digestive tracts.

So if you can flush that out with lots of fiber, that's another quick 5 pounds or so of lost weight. Another benefit of the fiber is that you'll eat a lot less other calories and foods. So you'll lose weight from that as well. . . while you feel full.

So eat black beans as side dishes during your meals.

3. Use incline walking as your exercise

Incline walking is 1 of the best ways to lose weight fast. The incline part is the key. Plain walking is a waste. So don't bother with that. Instead, incline a treadmill a little bit and get walking for 20-25 minutes each day for 3 days.

The reason why incline walking works great for weight loss. . . it puts your body into a big oxygen debt which forces it to burn off more fat.
