Here's how you lose water weight. You drink more water. YEP! It's as simple as that. The reasoning is very logical. When you don't drink enough water, your body thinks that water is scarce. So what it does is it retains extra water in case of some sort of emergency.
It's a survival mechanism.
Well, that's easy to get around. Simply drink more water so that your body sees that there's plenty of water and it doesn't need to retain that extra water. Once you start drinking more water, your body will release the retained water. . . thus you lose pounds of weight pretty fast.
So drink more water.
To burn body fat fast, you'll need to do a bunch of things. But here's 1 big tip. . . do HIIT. That is stands for high intensity interval training.

With normal exercise, once you're done exercising, you're done burning fat at a faster rate.
So how do you do HIIT?
Simply vary your intensity. . . go from really high intensity where you're going almost as fast as you can on something like a treadmill, elliptical, or stair stepper. . . do that for 10-15 seconds. Then switch to going pretty slow on it for 20-30 seconds.
Keep doing it in that sequence.
Your body gets kinda “SHOCKED" by this method and in this confused state, it burns off fat faster. . . and longer.
