I'm going to share a little advice with you on how to get that hot body you want for the summer time at the beach. A lot of people look at this as a tough task and it really isn't. Granted, it is a time consuming task, but it really isn't that hard. I think the main problem is motivation. When people start, they're full of fire and ready to go, but results are typically just a few pounds a week and that is just not enough to sustain that motivation. I'll give you the techniques to get that body you want, but you need to motivate yourself for the long term.
Whether you're male or female, you're going to have to embrace the weight room. For some odd reason people think that cardio is the key to getting a hot fit body and it really isn't. It's the weight room. The reason is that when you lift weights, you rip muscle fiber. It takes 48hrs of constant calorie burning to repair that. Think, after you life weights, you could lie on the couch all day and you'd be burning calories. That is significant.
Another important thing is your diet. You have to eat properly to reach success. That means eating small meals more often. Typically ever 2-3hrs for best results. This will force your metabolism to speed up very fast and you'll burn even more calories. And because it is your metabolism burning it, you'll use mainly fat to make up those calories, so you'll do down in weight and eventually reach your ideal hot body.
