3. My Experience with This Program
One thing I really liked is that I do not need to workout at the gym for long hours with this program. Most of the workouts only take about an hour and I can easily perform the exercises described at home. There are only about 4 workouts per week, and the whole idea behind the program is that you do not need to exercise for long hours. Instead, the emphasis is placed on doing the right exercises at the right intensities while eating the best foods for maximum fat burning results.
