2. Eating 1-2 meals a day

This keeps your metabolism running fast, digestion is humming along at peak efficiency, and your energy as well as blood sugar levels remain constant and stable throughout the day. So eat 4-5 smaller meals a day along with some good snacks and this weight loss problem is solved.
3. Relying on a pill to take the weight off
Do you honestly believe a pill is the long term solution for weight loss? Some pills will help with short term weight loss, but once you get off them, the weight almost always returns quickly. Ugh! Jogging sucks. The best way to lose fat is through high and low intensity intervals. Jogging is a constant-state of low to medium intensity. It would be better if you walked and then ran fast in intervals than just jogging at the same speed.
5. Skipping breakfast
This is big and coincides with one and two above. Look, if you listen to just 1 thing in this article, listen to this. Don't skip breakfast. A recent study showed that 80% of fat people either skip breakfast or eat a really bad breakfast, while 80% of skinny and lean people eat breakfast everyday. . . a good breakfast.
So, I recommend you eat 3-4 scrambled eggs for breakfast each morning. The protein boosts your metabolism to start the day. . . as well as fills you up so you don't play calorie-catch-up later in the day with bad snacks and convenience foods.
