You are overweight because of other people. 100 years ago, not many people were overweight. Why? Because the cheapest thing to eat in the grocery store wasn't a 12 inch pizza, a bag of chips, and a diet coke. And, there were no air brushed photos at the cash register to make you feel inadequate and hopeless.
Marketers know that if they have an airbrushed goddess on the cover of a magazine you will feel so depressed that you will just buy yourself some chocolate that sits right next to the magazine. And your depression would be warranted, considering the cover is a fake, and no one can ever look that good in real life.
But. . . marketers don't care, they just want to make money off of you, and make you feel insecure all day long. Turn on the soap operas, oh look some more “real" people who lead “real" lives.
These actors have trainers, eat custom meals made by personal chefs on set, and they are in front of a camera all day long. If they gain a pound or get a little fat here or there they have 10 producers tell them about it in 5 seconds. These same people are interviewed in magazines and they tell people they are “normal" and eat whatever they want and never workout. HA, Yeah right. Getting up at 6am and working out for an hour five days a week is normal, HA. I think not.
Never having to cook, and being fed custom meals 7 days a week is normal? No way.
If these actresses had to cook their own food they would look just like everyone else, probably worse actually, because they have been pampered for so many years they would just eat fast food instead of cooking. Steal the secrets of the actresses that weight loss companies don't want you to ever find out about.
