1. Try and decrease the amount of sweet that you are taking in for the sake of losing weight. Replace it with a nice bowl of veggie or fruit salad. It might not be that much tempting but trust me; it can show some major changes on that scale of yours! Apples, bananas, carrots and low-fat dip, or celery and low-fat dip, anything but those awful cakes, pastries and chocolates.

2. Exercise makes losing weight easy and is also a tip for success. A thing as simple as walking can make you lose tremendous weight. Walk for at least thirty minutes per day and you will see results definitely. Whenever you can, go out for a walk. If you can walk to your workplace, your child's school, wherever you can. These little things can go a long way in your effort to lose weight.

3. Replace sugar and carbohydrates with protein rich food. It increases your metabolism, thus increasing your energy and also is a great fat burner. Increase the amount of water and fibre that you take throughout the day. That will definitely be of help.

4. Break your meal intake into five equal portions throughout the day instead of taking three large ones. Two snacks will definitely keep your tummy occupied thus making you feel less hungry.
