1. Hindu Squats

This is a no weights version of squats that you can do at home. This is an incredible fat burner. This creates a huge oxygen deficit. That forces your body to scavenge and plunder for whatever quick energy it can get. Well, it gets that energy from your bodyfat.

Here's what you do. Squat up and down as fast as you can and swipe or touch your finger tips to the ground with each repetition to prove you went down far enough.

Do 100 repetitions as fast as you can, but try for under 5 minutes. Do this 3 days a week. Total time, 15 minutes a week.

2. Walking on an incline treadmill or hill

First off, walking on a flat surface is fine for long term, slow weight loss. But if you want fast fat loss, walking on a 10-15 degree incline is what you need to do. Walking on a flat surface and walking on an incline are like night and day. Totally different. Just try it once and you'll see what I mean. You can literally feel the fat being burned off when you walk on an incline.

So walk on an inclined surface for 15-20 minutes a day, 3 days a week. Total time, 45-60 minutes a week.
