Fast Fat Flush Plan

Here's a fast fat flush plan that'll help you to transform your body within weeks. It only takes minutes a day at home and is totally different than anything you've ever done or heard about. And it doesn't involve dieting at all.

1. Do Belly Rubs

Here's how you do them. Rub your hands together for 15 seconds to generate heat and energy. Now, lie down and rub small circles around your belly button for 30-45 seconds. Rest 15 seconds and repeat. Do this for a total of 5 minutes a day.

This flushes the fat out because the heat from your hand penetrates through your skin and directly into your fat cells in the belly. The heat either disintegrates or loosens up the fat cells. Over time, they are flushed out of the body.

2. Hindu Squats

Without weights, what you do is squat up and down as fast as you can while you either touch or swipe your finger tips to the ground with each passing repetition. Do this for 100 repetitions in as short of time as you can. Your goal is to do 100 reps in less than 5 minutes.

This causes a huge oxygen deficit within your body. This forces your body to scavenge from anything it can to get quick energy to sustain it. Well, it plunders your fat deposits to use for energy. The fat literally gets flushed out of your body for use as energy.
