Exercise: Walking on an incline
Walking vs. walking on an incline are two very different things. Just plain walking isn't very good for fast weight loss. It helps over the long term, but isn't much help if you want to lose weight quickly.
Walking on an incline, such as a 10-15 degree incline on a treadmill or up a nearby hill if you have one. . . that burns off tons of fat fast. Why? Because it creates a huge oxygen deficit within your body. When that happens, your body is forced to get energy quickly (it's in survival mode).
So your body pulls bodyfat for quick energy to solve the problem.
Now, will you be panting a bit with this exercise? Yes. Is that a problem? Did you think weight loss would magically happen by doing nothing. . . or doing something that is so easy that you even forget you're doing it (riding a stationary bike while reading a magazine or watching tv).
Will you sweat from walking on an incline? Well, if you do it for 15-20 minutes a day, which is what I recommend. . . yes, you will be sweating. You basically have a choice. . . do you want to sweat and be thinner or do you want to be fat and not sweat? Which is more important to you?
