Exercise #1: Jumping on a mini-trampoline

I like this exercise for a lot of reasons. First, it gets results. Second, I don't have to do it all at once. . . I can break it up into 2 minute mini-workouts that actually target your metabolism a lot better than just 1 longer workout. Third, I can stay home and do it. . . saving the drive times to and from the gym.

A mini-trampoline costs about $25. All you do is jump on it for 2 minutes at a time. . . I do it during tv commercials. Each 1 hour tv show has about 22 minutes of commercials. . . so there's your 22 minute cardio workout. Saves you a ton of time.

I get so much more done each day by not scheduling my workouts anymore. I just use all that wasted commercial time to do my workouts.

Exercise #2: Hula hooping

The cheap $3 hula hoop will get you some serious weight loss. All you do is twirl it around your waist for 10-15 minutes each and everyday. If you want a belly dancer's type of body. . . this is the exercise that'll get you that toned, feminine look!
