Let's quickly talk about what you can do. The very first thing is simply drink a lot of water! No where will you see a more pronounced and rapid effect than in the face. Another positive byproduct is your skin will radiate with a new found luminosity simply by flushing out your system of toxins in the blood. Avoid salty foods, as again, even low calorie meals that ultimately lead to weight loss, if high in sodium will have the reverse effect under your eyes, and in your chin - two spots that you see everyday when you look in the mirror! (So even if you ARE losing weight. . . if you appear fatter, you are that much more likely to quit dieting and resume unhealthy eating habits)

It's also important to remember that most weight loss regimens do advise that the very first place you will see significant breakthroughs. . . even BEFORE the other problem areas, is above the neck, so simply dieting in of itself should make you appear leaner here first, even if the rest of you is lagging behind.

And don't forget, while not necessarily a weight loss component, but remember to exercise your facial muscles as well for the lean, sculpted look you had in high school. The neck, jaw line and even cheekbones can be contoured and cultured simply by working them out like we've discussed in other areas!
