Quick fat loss programs will not cure obesity by lowering calories. The reason for this is that the body doesn't pay attention to how many daily calories you eat but rather how much of each different type of calorie.

There are 3 kinds of calories:

  1. There is protein. . .
  2. There is carbohydrates (carbs). . .
  3. And there is fat calories

Your body needs all three types of calories but in different quantities. This is exactly the reason why some people can eat as much as they like and stay thin while others can eat even less than their thin friends and still get fat.

What you need to do:

You need to eat the right type of calorie in the right quantity and then you will lose fat without any doubt. Here is an example of what the wrong type of daily calorie intake might look like.

If you eat too many sugar based calories (sugar is common in fat free foods) then your body won't be able to use all of those sugar calories, and the excess calories will be stored as fat tissue.

This can happen even if you didn't eat very many daily calories, because if you eat too many “wrong" calories then you'll get fat.

You won't believe it but certain types of fat calories will speed up weight loss while other so called “fat free foods" will make you fat.
