If you want to lose 5 pounds in 2, 3 days before a big event, a party, a date, or a vacation this is the article for you. Not that I recommend leaving yourself with 2, 3 days only to lose 5 pounds. It is a bit short, but it can be done. However, be aware that you will not be facing the best or easiest 2, 3 days of your life. But, if you truly wish to lose them, it's worth it to make the effort. Here is how you can lose 5 lbs in 2, 3 days: follow a detox diet and simply flush the excess pounds out. How is this possible?
