I'm going to show you ways to eliminate excessive body sweating. When I suffered from this, it wasn't any fun. I was constantly in a wet shirt, people would be asking if I'm “okay?" every time they me sweating for no apparent reason.
There are many different ways to deal with excessive body sweating. The most popular ways, tend to be the least effective. There is much in the way of the health system for dealing with this. Only 2-3% of the population actually suffers from this and only a small percentage of that will actually seek medical treatment for it. So it is very easy to sweep under the rug.
Here are a few of the methods that are used:
- Botox: Botox was recently approved by the FDA as a treatment of excessive sweating under the arms. If you're unfamiliar with botox, it is most famous for being injected into people's faces to remove wrinkles. It's basically a toxin that when it hits the nerves it causes them to contract and die. In the face, the works out the wrinkles and for under the arms, that closes off sweat glands.
- Iontophoresis: This is another interesting form of treatment. The idea is that if you electrocute sweat glands, they'll end up closing up until they finish repairing themselves. It is the same technology used for removing hairs. The problem is that sweat glands tend to be much deeper than hair.
The two above definitely have merit for being workable methods, but there is an easier way doing it straight from home. What if I told you that the foods you eat could be causing your excess sweating? It's a lot easier and cheaper to change your diet. You can also eliminate excessive body sweating through mental exercises.
