Treatments of Eczema - How to Eliminate Eczema by Eliminating Bad Fats.

Visitors: 157

I spent years looking at various Treatments of Eczema. When I learnt about how damaging trans-fatty acids were to my skin and how they slowed down my eczema healing process I immediately went about eliminating them from my diet.

There are many Treatments of Eczema available but none discuss Fats.

Most of the trans-fatty acids can be found in junk foods such as cookies, crackers, cakes, crisps, peanut butter, etc. etc. You know all the stuff you want to keep eating.

Trans-fatty acids are formed by cooking and processing fats. Cooked and/or processed oil should be avoided like the plague. Whenever oil is cooked trans-fatty acids are created and these are one of the most destructive elements of a cooked diet. Trans-fatty acids do nothing to improve your eczema or your general good health.

Treatments of Eczema - Here are other reasons to avoid trans-fatty acids:

#1 - Trans-fatty acids cause the body to age and degenerate at an alarming rate. They produce damaging free radicals which does not help eczema.

#2 - Trans-fatty acids are difficult to digest.

#3 - They interfere with cell respiration and the function of the immune system. A strong, healthy immune system is paramount in your fight against eczema.

#4 - Trans-fatty acids have a tendency to interfere with blood insulin function.

#5 - Trans-fatty acids interfere with the liver detoxification process. They interfere with the liver enzymes and optimal balance is diminished.

#6 - Trans-fatty acids change the fluidity of cell membranes, they make them harder and slowing down their reactions, lowering vitality and making cells membranes weaker Whilst I looked at the various Treatments of Eczema I learnt about trans-fatty acids.

By eliminating them and choosing carefully the foods that I eat I was able to change the way my skin looked and felt.

My skin felt smoother and healed faster after eliminating junk foods and foods that contained trans-fatty acids.

Eliminate them now and you will begin to feel and see the benefits both in your skin and in your health.

Here's to smooth, beautiful skin.
