If you think that giving up smoking is an impossible task then think again. There are many people that are forced to give up smoking because of health risks. And there are many people that are able to give up smoking on their own. Creating a smoke free world is completely in your hands and there are various ways you can achieve this. One of the most popular and effective tools to quitting smoking today are smokeless cigarettes.

Effective ways to quit smoking

There are many ways you can actually stay away from cigarettes. One of the most effective ways is to reduce the consumption of coffee and alcohol. If you think you will realize that the biggest craving for cigarettes starts the moment you have a cup of coffee or a peg of alcohol. While both coffee and alcohol in limited quantities is good for health, you may want to cut down if you want to quit smoking.

Using nicotine patches, sprays, gums and inhalers are also effective if you want to quit smoking. All these items give your body the nicotine that it wants and at the same time they abolish the intake of all the other harmful carcinogens that are present in cigarettes.

Another effective way to quit smoking is to take a holiday to a place where you cannot easily buy cigarettes. Along with this, pamper yourself, drink a lot of fluids, stay happy and you will find that your craving for cigarettes is drastically reduced.

E cigs

We mentioned three ways of quitting smoking above but there are innumerable other ways too. Very effective in helping someone to quit smoking are smokeless cigarettes , also called e cigs. An ecig is like an actual cigarette but without any of its harmful contents.

When you look at an electronic cigarette you will find that it looks exactly like a cigarette. It consists of a battery, an atomizer and a cartridge. The cartridge is the main part of this cigarette. It is a hollow structure with openings on both its ends. Inside the cartridge is an absorbent item that is doused with a liquid.

The liquid in smokeless cigarettes contains nicotine, propylene glycol and flavor. The flavor can be that of Marlboro or Camel or any other cigarette you like smoking. When the atomizer is charged, it vaporizes this liquid. You get to inhale the vapor and feel like having an actual cigarette.

Smokeless cigarettes have been so effective that now they are being made available in one country after another. Even for those that have always felt that they cannot give up smoking, smokeless cigarettes have made it possible. If you are serious about quitting, switch to smokeless cigarettes today.
