Diet Tips For People Struggling With Their Weight The Dirty Little Secret of Popular Diets Exposed

In this article I'd like to talk about some diet diets on eating well. Now, if you are anything like most people I talk to who are struggling with their weight, you have invariably bought into MANY of the myths and misconceptions that are commonly “taught" to ordinary folks like us. You've probably read that too much FAT will make you sick, heavy and unhealthy. . . . and then 6 months later, that NOTHING but fats will have you thin, happy and fit as a fiddle! Carbs are good. . . . then carbs are bad! Trying to follow diet advice from the so called experts is NO different than watching the stock market these last few weeks: Everything swings around so wildly it's IMPOSSIBLE to watch without getting dizzy!

The Secret. . . . AND the Solution!

I know this isn't going to be popular to say, but I'm a firm believer that this is one of those “all hands in" kind of deals, where we are intentionally given information that supports the diet industry positions at the moment. Now, I'm NOT saying it's a big conspiracy per say. . . . rather, that there is SO much money, and so much support in the medical, nutritional, lobbying and governmental bodies in dispensing diet advice that EVERYBODY is sort of complicit in towing the company line. ( which if you've been paying attention - DOES change wildly every 24-36 months!) So what “worked" in 2000 - is now considered bad advice, what they SWORE was effective in 2005 (think HIGH fats and NO carbs) is now a recipe for an EARLY grave! Who can even follow along. . . . sometimes I think it's EASIER staying fat!

Here is the Solution that has FINALLY Transformed MY life. (and will yours too)

It's about NOTHING more (or less) than calories. Nothing. Want to lose one pound of fat? You need to burn 3500 MORE calories than you consume. 10 pounds of extra padding? Add a few zeros! This is the ONE thing that has never changed, and WILL never change as long as our bodies operate the same way they do right now. ( which is going to be for FAR longer than any of us will be around!) Pick a good diet that is LOW in calories, is nutritionally sound and simply STOPS being subject to fads and philosophies and you WILL start getting the results you crave. ( I know I DID in a hurry!)
