- Breakfast for the second day finds an egg cooked any style, a banana and a piece of toast. It also includes coffee or tea.
- Lunch is a cup of tuna or cottage cheese with eight saltine crackers and coffee or tea.
- Dinner consists of two all beef franks, a half-cup of carrots, a half a banana, a cup of broccoli, and a half-cup of vanilla ice cream
Day three foods:
- Breakfast for the third day gives an apple, one ounce of cheddar cheese, five saltine crackers and coffee or tea.
- Lunch on the second day adds a boiled egg and piece of toast to the ritual coffee or tea (with no more than 2 packets of artificial sweetener).
- Dinner for the final day of the diet is a cup of tuna, a cup of carrots, a cup of cauliflower, a cup of melon cubes and a half-cup of vanilla ice cream.
As you can tell the restrictions of food intake is great. This diet to lose 10 lbs in 3 days is dangerous if followed longer. It may be a great way to take off pounds quickly for a special event but never as a way of life.
