How to live to be a hundred

Do you want to live to be a hundred years old?

If you answered with yes, then let me tell you about the best recipe to achieve this.

If you ask people about their most beloved wish to realize, a lot are going to tell you that they want to be happy or satisfied . . . , but very few are going to tell you that they want to live happily for a hundred years!

This is because most people are not thinking about their health until they start feeling some problems with it or until it’s too late.

You should avoid this way of thinking and start thinking about your health now while you still can make changes in your life and your diet.

Here is the recipe for living a hundred years old:

First thing I want to talk to you about is how I got this knowledge?

I am now fifty seven years old, I live in NY with my wife and I’ve never been to a doctor!

My grandparents both lived to be more than a hundred years old and don’t think that this has something to do with genes, my brother died at a very early stage of his life!

I’m going to teach you what I’ve learned from watching my grandfather live and eat, it’s what I’m doing and it has helped me a lot so far.

The first thing you need to think about is the type of foods you are eating.

If you go out every time you feel hungry and you eat out a lot, then you are at high risk of dying too early.

Don’t think that because you are going to eat a lot of salads and healthy things that you are safe!

Outside food isn’t safe any longer thanks to productivity measures and cheap costs.

For example, most restaurants would never change cooking oil or cream with extra virgin olive oil because it’s to expensive.

This is why you have to start cooking at home and using only quality vegetables and olive oil.

The second healthy measure to take to live more than a hundred years is to stop eating and ingesting industrial oils.

By industrial oils, I mean soy oil, sunflower oil . . . and any processed oil other than extra virgin olive oil!

You have to stop taking these products because they are going to give you a heart attack.

The third thing you must do is to take a lot of antioxidants.

These are amazing substances you can take on a daily basis; they will help protect your heart and your brain from damage.

The richest source of these antioxidants aren’t pills and supplements, they are fruits and vegetables.

Eat more than ten servings a day of fruits and vegies.

Three servings of fruits and the rest of vegetables.

The fourth thing is to move a lot.

My grandfather walked every day for more than ten miles, he lived a rich and difficult life and it was thanks to this that he kept his thin looks and healthy life.
