Calorie shifting theory is the buzz word among weight watchers these days. It has also gained major acceptance among all the segments of the society. Obese people especially are now adapting to this effective weight loss procedure.

The question that arises in one's mind is that whether this calorie shifting theory is actually useful? The answer fortunately is in affirmative. Infact some people used to take so much less food that often times they had to be taken to hospitals ultimately as they suffered major malnutrition disorders. It was then decided that a calorie shifting theory is the actual solution to obesity and not fasting.

Calorie shifting theory also helps our body in performing its functions well. As we take all types of food on any given day, it helps us in the general well being and fitness. Calorie shifting is actually the second name of a balanced diet. By adapting to this theory, one can never feel any malnutrition problems or any other disturbances in our bodily functions.
