Here are 3 tips for panic attacks you can use immediately for relief.

1. Be mindful of your breathing. This is deceptively simple, but VERY effective, and you can begin using this tip right now.

It is a fact that your body is influenced by how you breathe. By breathing slowly and deeply you will almost instantly reduce the levels of your panic attack. Try it and see. Just be mindful of your breathing and gently deepen and breathe more slowly. Be aware of your breath and watch what happens to your levels of anxiety.

2. Get outside! Try going for a walk in nature. Exercise can really help with panic attacks, and getting fresh air, a change of scenery and walking are all positive steps you can take to reduce your panic attacks. If you are looking for MORE exercise then try jogging or cycling.

Wide open spaces are best for this where possible.

3. Laugh more! This may seem trivial - but a sure way to lower your panic attacks is to find reasons to laugh more. There are many ways you can do this. Put on a comedy, read jokes, hang out with someone you know who always makes you laugh. You can go to comedy clubs. Just find ways to laugh more.

These tips for panic attacks are simple, quick and very effective. You can use them immediately and begin to reduce your panic attacks. They do not require any special understanding or skill to make use of.
