Let's Turn Those Bad Days Into Good Days

We all have them. Those bad days that make us question about our steps, whether we are doing the wrong thing or the right thing!

The question is: Can we actually do something about it and make our bad days disappear or at least try to turn our bad day into a better day?

Over the years I've read and heard so many ways on how to make your day better. And to be honest, some of them work and some not.

Here is what works for me! And you are more than welcome to test them as they might work for you, too.

Step one: Take a long hot bath and relax!

Step two: Find someone to cuddle. They say that cuddling is great mood-enhancer :)

Step three: Do some exercise. This doesn't mean that you have to put on your yoga pants. Just a few easy moves will do you good.

Step four: And if you are at work and you are pissed off, count to ten before you say anything. It will calm you down.

Step five: Make a happy list with things you'd like to do.

Step six: I know it's hard but try not to take things seriously. You shouldn't hear everything people say as people can be mean sometimes and you should not allow to be affected by their words.

Step seven: You'll feel much better if you start giving compliments to other people. This will help you build stronger bonds.

Step eight: And try to manage your time as good as you can. Because sometimes a good day can turn into bad one due to you feeling all stressed out about something.

Step nine: Every now and then take a break! Whether it's from work, your friends, your boyfriend or whoever! Sometimes, we all need break from someone or something!

Step ten: Last but not least, act like a grown-up.

So, yeah, we may be having bad days, but at the end of the day, you should ask yourself: Is it really all that bad?
