There are so many weight-challenged people out there seeking for a quick weight loss plan in order to lose as much weight as possible in the shortest amount of time. Most of them jump from one diet to another and from program to program without achieving any success and they usually get very frustrated and disappointed as a result. From my own experience there are 3 main things that you must apply to any diet you're on, whether it's the Detox diet or the low-carb diet or whatever other diet you found to be the best for you. Let's dive into them now
1) Get your metabolisms pumping fast - if you want a quick weight loss plan to be effective, you must speed up your metabolism. Have you ever met a person who's skinny and no matter what they eat they just stay skinny? You watch them eat cakes, donuts, chocolate bars and all the stuff you try to avoid and it makes you really jealous, and sometimes even angry when they brag:" I can eat whatever I want and I never get fat!" well even though it's mostly all about genetics, you can achieve the same results if you follow a couple of simple steps (such as eating 5 meals a day for an example)
2) Get rid of all the sugar drinks - if you really want to get somewhere with a quick weight loss plan you must cut our all the sugar drinks you're currently consuming. Did you know that about 30% of the calorie intake comes from drinks? Well now you do! Sometimes it's easier said than done (for me it was easy because I'm one of those people who simply love the taste of water hehe) but if you will simply stop drinking juices, sodas and all that kind of stuff and replace it with natural, clean water, you will be able to speed up your quick weight loss plan!
3) Be a realistic-optimist - that's’ a phrase I took from Donald Trump and it means: “have the best outcome in mind, but know where you're standing". You can't BS yourself saying: “I'll lose 100 pounds in the next month!" because when you'll fail to do it, you will get discouraged. The secret is to set your goals slightly above your comfort zone, not way too high, but a little higher from where you're willing to push yourself. Do this and your quick weight loss plan will simply skyrocket!
