Tips To Arrest Hair Loss Naturally

  • Leafy greens: Excellent source of Vitamin A, C and Folic acid - all essential for good hair health.

  • Parsley, tofu, edible seaweed, sesame seeds and sunflower seeds: Excellent source of iron and iron deficiency is one of the leading causes of hair loss.
