The Ab Lounge Sport is very easy to use, just position your buttocks on the seat and your raise your legs onto the leg supports. For a proper fit your knees should be bent to about 90 degrees. If needed you can adjust the foot rest to match your height, just unscrew the knob under the foot rest crossbar and pull out the pin. Once properly adjusted just put the pin back in and tighten the knob.
1) Lay with your back down, with your legs bent and your feet on the footrest. Hold the overhead bar with both hands at a distance shoulder width apart.
2) Bring your torso forward while keeping your back slightly rounded, and contract your abdominals.
3) Finally move your torso back down until you reach the beginning position.
