Here's how to lose 10 pounds fast with exercise. Now, this won't happen in 10 days. But it will be fairly fast if you do the following things I'm about to share with you. The problem most people have when it comes to exercising is that they do too many things. They don't focus on the important exercises. . . the 20% of exercises that get 80% of the results.

Stair running or sprints.
I mainly advise women when it comes to weight loss. When I bring this up, most usually don't like it to start with. If I can just get them to do it a couple times though, they quickly learn to love running stairs and sprints. WHY? Uh. . . they get fat weight loss results.
Basically, I'm going to ask you. . . how bad do you want to lose weight and get a better body? If it's really bad, you'll at the very least try these out.
These workouts only last 10-15 minutes. If you have stairs in your house. . . run up and down them twice and then rest 45 seconds. Repeat. Keep repeating for a total of 10-15 minutes. If you're out of shape, rest longer or start by doing just 5 minutes.
Sprints. . .
Do a run for 10 seconds and walk for 50 seconds. Repeat until the required 10-15 minutes is done. Whether it's the stairs of just straight sprints, do only 3 of these workouts a week. THEY'RE QUICK. You can spare 10 minutes.
Listen, you can ditch most of the exercises you are doing. They're a BIG FAT waste of time. Add in stair runs and or sprints for 10 minutes, 3 times a week instead. This is how to lose 10 pounds fast with exercise.
