Here's the best waist exercise for losing inches quickly and without having to spend much time exercising. This is a simple exercise that you “kinda" know, but you really don't know. It's not done at a gym and if you do it, you're just about guaranteed to lose at least 2 inches from your waist in 3-4 weeks. What is it? It's an exercise where you use the tension of sucking in your belly to force your stomach to flatten out. There is a trick to it and that trick is that you HAVE TO focus sucking in the belly button. If you can do that, you'll get awesome results. You don't want to suck in the upper abs. They'll kinda be sucked in as it is when you suck in the lower belly, but you don't put your focus on the upper abs. This is precise isometric exercise.
