There is some astounding muscle mass building information out there that can really help you achieve some excellent results, but the problem is it is surrounded by misinformation. It seems when it comes to training the body it's almost impossible not to find false or overly generalized information. I've been training for almost a decade and in that time I've learned a lot about what works and what doesn't. It's sad that most people have to learn through trial and error, but it just comes with the territory. I'm going to save you a lot of time and show you exactly what you're going to need to do to be successful at this.
If you want to get a lot of muscle mass, than you're going to need to have a great diet. Muscles want to grow because you stimulate them to in the gym, but they can't grow unless you're providing the proper nutritional environment for them to grow. There are some very simple things you can do like cutting out all the processed foods in your diet. These types of foods are unnatural and full of chemicals. These chemicals actually slow down the process of building muscle, which is something you don't want to be putting into your body. Stick with the real foods that are going to give you great results.
As for the gym, short and intense is the key. I've worked out for hours and it doesn't compare to keeping it short and intense. I workout for a total of 7 minutes, but it is very intense. I'm drenched in sweat and because of the stress I put on my muscles, they grow.
