And you need to eat a lot of it. You should aim to double the amount of calories you eat at least.
Create yourself a menu full of these foods and eat 3-4 meals a day. I also recommend drinking 2-3 protein shakes a day as well, these can really help alongside your new meal plan. And don't forget to drink plenty of water, probably 8-9 glasses a day.
When you go to the gym you should lift the heaviest weights you can manage. This is because when you lift heavy weights it forces your body to adapt and grow stronger. So every time you go to the gym aim heavier!

Pull-ups- build the muscles in your back and your biceps
Bar dips- build the muscles in your shoulders and chest
Shoulder press- builds the muscles in your shoulders and triceps

Squats build- the muscles in your hamstrings, quads, calves and upper body.
