Visitors: 197

When a random foodie; mixed some of the dry leaves with meat and they gave it a great flavor; that was the time SPICES came into existence. It’s even said that before creating the EARTH gods drank sesame seed wine. Now that’s something…

Spices not only strengthen the taste of your food but also help our body to evolve physically and mentally. These dry leaves are so useful to human being that one can’t imagine being without them. They heighten emotions and increase your love life. What else could one wish for??

Some of the most essential Indian spices and their uses are listed below-

• Chili- Hot in taste highly flavored and also its intensity can add to ours.
• Cinnamon- Directly increases the blood flow.
• Clove –Energy booster.
• Coriander – It takes you high on emotions.
• Ginger – Add on to our love life.
• Vanilla –Its smell alone increases the rate of flow of blood.
Ajwain spice– Helps in indigestion, works as antiseptic and works wonder in body ache.

In particular let’s talk about my favorite spice the Ajwain. This Indian spice can do miracles in kidney and liver disorders, respiratory disorders and other pain killing abilities.

Not only these Indian Spices have many more important uses such as they are a medical property, act as germ fighter and is also used as natural preservatives in pickles and sauces etc.

Though INDIA may be the place of most love for spices which is obvious as there are 80 odd kind of spices grown in world from which 50 are grown here in INDIA.

This topic needs a lifetime to learn because of its vast range and need of examining them closer and harder. Our technology will continue searching into the field and keep on discovering new flavors colors and different aroma like ginegerol.

There is no denying that spices are good to health but anything done beyond limit is dangerous. Eating too much of them can cause oral ulcer and digestion problems. Also leads to problems such as heartburn and other digestive problems which can in turn harm pregnant women especially. As a coin has two sides similarly consuming spices has two sides we just got to choose the wise side.

Now we know about Indian spices and their uses what we got to do is increase the spices intake in our day to day lives in return increasing the mental and physical levels of our body. Because body is the first gift to us by the almighty creator and if don’t respect this gift we are not eligible for any further gifts. So eat fresh eat herbs and make your spicy lives even more spicy.
