As time passes face muscles lose elasticity generating facial lines and age the way you look. Throat and neck muscles show age faster than the muscles on the face which makes it tougher to treat these areas. Lots of people will have expensive and painful facial rejuvenation surgeries to reduce the drooping areas. For a cheap and pain-free face lift, you can execute regular stretches and face exercises targeting these areas.

Here are the facial exercises to help tone the neck and also the throat areas of the face.

Sit on the floor together with your legs folded comfortably. Keeping your backbone straight, tilt the head gradually backwards. Hold this position for the count of ten. Bring back your head to the vertical position. Do this again for five sets. You are able to feel the stretching within the jaw line.

In the same position, relax your shoulders and look directly ahead. Slowly turn your head off to the right so your chin is even with your shoulder. Hold this for the count of five. Go back to facing forward. Slowly turn your head left so your chin is actually even with your left shoulder. Hold for that count of five. Come back to facing forward. Repeat this for three sets on both sides.

In the same position, keep the head looking forward whilst keeping your shoulders relaxed. Tilt the neck to the right side. Maintain to the count of five. Do this to the left side. Do this for both sides for 3 sets. You are going to feel the stretch out in the neck areas.

While still on the floor, switch to the position of being on your hands and knees. Lower your head towards the floor keeping the neck, spine, as well as elbows straight. Take a breath slowly. As you breathe out slowly, curve your back downward whilst raising the head up-wards. Repeat these five sets.

Sitting on the ground in a relaxed position face forward. Tilt your head backwards slowly. Move your jaw down and up. Maintain this position for the count of 10. Go back to facing ahead. Do that for three sets.

Start using these exercises to tone and tighten the muscles within your neck and throat. Do them every single day to build stronger muscle tissues to create a younger physical appearance. You will notice results within a few weeks when you're committed to performing the exercise daily.

To increase the enjoyment of these workouts, add soothing music and burn incense or perhaps candles. The calming effects of the smell will add to the calming affects to your mind and spirit. Whenever your body and mind is peaceful, you receive a higher level of benefits from all exercise. Think about the healthy benefits the workouts and the calmness will provide you. You will really feel younger the more you take care of yourself.
