Natural Hair Care Tips For Curly and Straight Hair

There are certain things that you can do to make your hair look better. These are easy to apply daily remedies that don't cost that much. You can turn your ordinary looking hair into great looking hair by simply following some hair care tips, practices and diet information.

Hair Care Diet:
try avoiding these things in your diet as they can be pretty damaging to your hair:

  • Cookies
  • Sweets
  • Chocolates
  • Cakes

You should add fruits and vegetables to your diet as they provide your hair with the necessary nutritions to keep them strong.

Straight Hair:
Using a good cleansing shampoo and coupling it with a clarifying gel to the roots once a week. this helps in preventing the hair to lie flat on the scalp which it builds up oil and to prevent your hair to lie flat against the scalp where it can build up oil and skin fungi.

Wavy Hair:
For wavy hair Using a shampoo and conditioner that gives shine to the hair helps. for wavy hair the ideal thing is to comb your hair with a wide-toothed comb, this will provide your hair all the exercise that you need and will make them smooth and shinny.

Curly Hair:
Curly hair are the most prone to get dry so Using a shampoo and conditioner that has moisturizer will help retain the oil in the hair. After the bath, try to let it dry naturally and when dried comb it with your fingers. This will give your curly hair the strength it needs.

Hair care general:
The following are some hair care practices that will help you avoid hair damage and make your hair great.

  • Do wash your hair with water everyday.
  • Eat nutritious foods.
  • Never comb wet hair as they are more prone to damage.
  • Don't shampoo everyday as the chemicals in the shampoos can damage the scalp if used daily.
