- Osteopathy: This is a little more controversial, but the idea is that you can treat the bodies problems through the musculoskeletal system. This is what I'll describe as “New Age". There is really no science that backs up the claims and a lot of it is believed to be a placebo effect.
One of the best sciatica relief methods is simple stretches and exercises you can do from home. By doing stretches in the morning, you can have all day relief from back pain, without having to spend money on pain killers or any other form of treatment that doesn't solve the problem.
