To get rid of panic attack, you need a plan. You need to be prepared, going in unprepared leaves you defenseless and you're basically a sitting duck. Chances are you've experienced a few panic attacks and that's why you're reading this. You want a plan on how to rid rid of them and I have a plan that's worked for me every time. I know it can work for anyone because the principles are universal in nature and I have recommended them to friends with great success.
First, you need to maintain a good social network and stay busy. Most people who are prone to panic attack don't have enough social support. They may work too much, they may not have enough friends, they may spend too much time at home. All of these things contribute to our mind's focusing on our problems. Not good! So, make a sincere effort to reach out to people. Share yourself. Schedule time for socializing and get out there. This can make all the difference in the world. I know the initial reaction is to close yourself off, but this will only lead to more panic attacks.
To get rid of panic attack you need a healthy body and a healthy brain. How do you get one? Well, in this regard, at least , doctors and the medical community are right on the mark, you need a better diet and more exercise. Don't grunt and groan over this. Our bodies were meant to more around and our bodies were meant to eat a healthy unprocessed diet. If you're not you're falling prey to one of the traps of modern society. . . but the good news is that you don't have to!
So steps two and three are simply this, eat a good diet and exercise. Here are some things that have helped me a ton. Eat more protein and more fruits and vegetables. Cut down on coffee and alcohol and exercise vigorously as much as possible. Three times a week minimum, for thirty minutes. If we all did this anti-anxiety drugs would not exist.
The last step (four) to get rid of panic attack is investing in a good panic attack specific self help program. There is so much helpful information in these programs.
Contained in these programs are methods which literally take you out of a panic attack once it begins. It's like having a safety net for all your fears.
