Coping With Anxiety and Panic Attacks

"The psychological definition of coping is, the process of managing taxing circumstances, expending effort to solve personal and interpersonal problems, and seeking to master, minimize, reduce or tolerate stress or conflict. " That's from Wikipedia. If you're looking for another definition coping would be the covering of a wall, but I would assume that's not the reason why you are here. So you want to learn how to cope with your anxiety and your panic attacks. Cope, as in being able to handle and manage your panic attacks without going insane.

Now from my perspective, that's kind of a weak approach to the problem, in my opinion anyway. Why? Because using the word coping implies just managing and dealing with it, and in turn that implies that you're still willing to accept even getting anxiety and panic attacks in the first place. My last panic attack lasted a few seconds. . . I used to get panic attacks on a daily basis for years, ever since I was a teen. It lasted no more than a few seconds, and it never came back since. I kid you not, it's true.

With the right technology, and that technology is cheaper than you could ever imagine (it's inside your head), used in the right way, that is a completely achievable thing for anyone.
How would you actually like to GET RID of your anxiety and panic attacks for good - instead of just “coping" with it? Coping is an evil word if I say so myself, because it implies accepting something that is not OK.
