How many times are you going to let your mind get the best of you before you realize you need to restructure your thought process?

Panic attack symptoms can be quite “weird", “freaky" or “Quirky", and how they make you feel can vary greatly from person to person.

But you need to know that your next panic attack will be no different than the last one that you had. Once you realize this, your mind can laugh at the symptoms that you may feel coming on.

Our minds tend to focus and obsess on a specific feeling that we have when we are having a panic attack. This is specifically what causes a lapse. Its not the place we are at, whether it be in a car, a house, shopping mall, auditorium or other places. Its the fear of fear itself and what we assume will happen to us based on our past panic experiences.

What you will find amazing about panic disorder is that the “quirky" symptoms you feel have most likely already been felt by somebody else. So if you have a fear that you will stop breathing if you relax, or if you have a fear that when you exercise your heart will race too high, or that your face feels numb and you can't think straight, and the intense feeling you have of impending doom or death.

Remember this. . .

Your “quirky" panic attack symptoms have already been felt by thousands of other people and they all have lived and so will you. Your next panic attack will be no different than the last one you had and yes you will live. You know this is a fact because your here now reading this, yet your mind convinces you otherwise.
