Anxiety attacks are very scary for anyone who has ever had one. You get this feeling of doom and panic and you just don't know what to do.

If you're driving and you have an anxiety attack it can make you feel like you're going to wrecked. The most common reason people experience these attacks is out of fear of having another one.

-Practice breathing. Breathe in slowly through your nose and exhale out of the mouth. Slow rhythmic breathing will help put you in a relaxed mood and let go of your tension. Do this on days that you feel okay as well. Let it become a natural habit.

-Exercise regularly. Exercise releases endorphins into your bloodstream and gives you a sense of well-being. It's a great tension reliever.

You can successfully learn how to stop anxiety attacks by following these simple techniques. You may find that even after heeding these suggestions, you still are having trouble.
