You no longer have to worry about your next anxiety attack, there are many simple remedies for anxiety attacks that work.

Having a panic or anxiety attack is very frightening. Not only does a person feel like their world is ending, but many times they go through a few bodily symptoms.

Here are a few symptoms you may experience:

-Profuse sweating

-Rapid heartbeat

-Chest pain

-Difficulty breathing

-Stomach indigestion

-Constant living in fear

-Sudden temperature changes or facial redness

The list goes on and varies from individual to individual. One thing is for sure, none of these symptoms are pleasant and they can be stopped.

One of the first things a person should do before and during anxiety attacks is practice breathing exercises. Breathe in through the nose slowly and exhaling through the mouth. This forms a calming effect on the body and also lowers rapid heartbeat which accompanies most anxiety attacks.

Avoid all drinks that contain caffeine in them such as coffee, sodas, and teas. Also too stay away from foods high in sugar which can stimulate the brain and cause an anxiety attack.

Distracting yourself can be a good deterrence to an attack. Focus on something you enjoy such as your favorite song or even count the number of red cars you see on the road.

These are all simple remedies for anxiety attacks that will not cost you a penny, yet they will give you a peace of mind. Apply them and watch your life change for the better.
